Motoyama Unagi's three specialties: ・Specially selected Japanese eels Japanese eels are raised in carefully selected farms overseas, and are used for their high quality, which have passed inspections that are said to be stricter than those for domestically-produced eels. Each eel is twice the size of eels found in other restaurants. ・Specially selected Japanese rice 30 years since its birth, the Akita Komachi variety is used, which is characterized by its transparency, luster, fragrance, and elastic texture. ・Specially selected secret sauce The sauce is carefully made by Tosa Kuraji, a soy sauce brewer with a 100-year history in Kochi Prefecture, and is added to accordingly.
We use high-quality Japanese eels that are raised in carefully selected farms overseas and have passed inspections that are more stringent than those for domestically produced eels. Each eel is about twice the size of eels sold at other restaurants.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
