We grind only the amount we use each day on a stone mill, and provide fresh buckwheat noodles that are hand-made by skilled craftsmen. Sobaishihara Tachikawa is located about a 4-minute walk from Tachikawa-Kita Station on the Tama Toshi Monorail. The cozy space offers counter seats and sofa seats that are perfect for solo diners. We are open from 11:00 to 22:00, so please feel free to drop in at any time of the day or night.
For children who cannot eat soba, we offer a udon set menu, which also comes with a toy and juice, making it a great deal.
