Established in 1960, enjoy high-quality sushi that only a fresh fish wholesaler can provide. Spend your time encountering seasonal ingredients and fine sake in a modern, Japanese-style interior. We offer a wide selection, including over 50 types of ingredients at all times, a variety of set menus, and course meals perfect for business dinners. We have a lively counter unique to sushi restaurants, as well as comfortable table seating and private rooms recommended for business entertainment. Please choose according to your purpose and preference.
We have a wide selection of toppings that you can only get from a restaurant directly managed by a Tsukiji fresh fish wholesaler. The most popular tuna is the carefully selected wild Indian tuna, which is characterized by its unique aroma and fat content. The sea bream is plum red snapper raised in Kushimoto, Nanki. Fukusuke is the only place in the Kanto region where you can eat plum red snapper nigiri. We always have more than 50 types of toppings that are carefully selected based on the season, origin, and freshness, such as Abashiri-produced Hokkaido salmon roe marinated in soy sauce using a unique recipe, single-line-caught red snapper marinated in kelp, and the original California roll. All prices are clearly displayed, and orders are accepted from just one can.
The concept is "high-quality Japanese space." The open high ceilings and interior with trees and stones planted create a relaxing space filled with a natural feel. We offer counter seats with careful consideration given to spacing and height, spacious table seats, and private rooms (2 rooms for 6 people or 1 room for 14 people) that are perfect for parties. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. There is no charge for the private rooms.
Ginza Trecious is located along Ginza Street (Chuo Street). It is a casual and sophisticated facility that meets the needs of lifestyle-conscious Ginza users. It is a noteworthy spot that cherishes the image of classy Ginza, combining an atmosphere that is casual for women and families, with a luxurious feel that can be used for entertaining and dining.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
