The interior of the restaurant is based on the concept of "Kuimonoya Wan," an old folk house from 100 years ago. Antique wood is an important part of the interior design. We purchase old wood that was actually used in folk houses and carefully select from it the pieces that fit the image of "Kuimonoya Wan." Specialized carpenters assemble the old wood with care. The interior of the restaurant, which has a traditional folk house feel, is equipped with private rooms where you can talk openly, so please enjoy yourself to your heart's content while feeling the Japanese atmosphere.
The hospitality at Kuimonoya Wan begins the moment you sit down. The appetizer at Kuimonoya Wan is a salad. Eating vegetables first slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, preventing a sudden rise in blood sugar levels and excessive sugar intake. Kuimonoya Wan also serves a complimentary bowl of miso soup at the end of your meal. Please enjoy a bowl of miso soup and take a breather before leaving.

(*Excludes some courses) - Changes to the number of guests must be made at least 2 days in advance, and cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance. - If you do not arrive at the reserved time without notice, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation. - We do not accept requests for specific seating such as window seats or side-by-side seating. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
