For our specially made sushi rice, we use "Koshihikari rice from Yamagata Prefecture" sourced from contracted farmers. In addition to the standard tuna, squid, sea urchin, salmon roe, and other ingredients selected at the seafood market, we have about 30 other varieties. Seasonal dishes such as bonito and sea grapes are also available. We also offer side dishes such as grilled dishes, sashimi, and a la carte dishes!
