At our restaurant, you can enjoy exquisite dishes made with seasonal ingredients and local sake sourced from all over the country. Our signature dish is beef tongue shabu-shabu, featuring generously cut slices. Dishes centered around fresh, seasonal Shinshu vegetables are also popular. For various banquets, we recommend our kaiseki-style 'Chef's Choice Course.' We offer a wide range of sake, from classic staples to seasonal labels. The interior features a refined Japanese-style space with a calm atmosphere. Please feel free to use our restaurant for a wide range of occasions, including casual after-work drinks, dates, and business entertainment.
We have prepared an "Omakase Course" (6,600 yen) where we serve you a selection of exquisite dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, served in a kaiseki style. This course includes around seven special seasonal dishes that can only be enjoyed in this setting. It is a hearty meal. We can adjust the number of dishes and menu items upon request. You can order either a course or a la carte. We offer our specialty beef tongue shabu-shabu, standard pork shabu, and seasonal hotpots. In early spring, you can enjoy seasonal flavors such as firefly squid. Come and find your favorite flavor.
We source our local sake from all over Japan, and have a wide variety that covers almost all prefectures. We offer a wide range of sake, from standard to rare brands. We also purchase seasonal limited items and change our selection from time to time, so you can enjoy a different taste every time you visit. We also have a full lineup of alcohol other than sake! Please enjoy your favorite drink with our proud dishes.
The restaurant has a sophisticated Japanese atmosphere with a relaxed atmosphere. The wood-toned interior and gentle, warm lighting create a comfortable hideaway for adults. The counter seats are spaced far apart, allowing you to enjoy your meal and drinks at your leisure. Perfect for solo diners or dates. Table seats can accommodate up to 10 people. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
