Our restaurant offers authentic Edomae sushi starting at 100 yen per piece. Enjoy local fish delivered straight from the fishery that morning, as well as wild fish carefully selected and procured from the market. We use red vinegar for our rice and rice produced by contracted farmers. Please feel free to enjoy our fresh sushi at a stand-up counter.
