We offer a special anniversary course in November. Designed with the concept of a 'Ginza hideaway,' the interior features a chic, modern atmosphere based on wood. We offer three types of seating: horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) tables, standard tables, and counter seats where you can dynamically experience our chefs at work. Our horigotatsu seating can accommodate up to 16 guests. ※All seats are non-smoking
The extremely popular Yukhoe is vacuum-cooked at low temperature. We also have a variety of other irresistible meaty dishes, such as sirloin sushi and horumon sashimi!

Toraji Wagyu is a brand of Toraji black-haired wagyu beef that is raised safely and lovingly on our own ranch, the first in the industry, with the aim of being the best wagyu beef for yakiniku. You can enjoy carefully selected Toraji Wagyu beef on the 29th of every month!
You can choose from three seasonings for the yakiniku at Toraj: "Salt-grilled," "Sauce-grilled," and "Black Miso-grilled." We do not focus on brand-name beef, but instead purchase ingredients from all over the country that are in the best condition at the time and provide them to our customers. We also have a wide variety of meal menus. Please come and try them!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
