Our specialty is the 'double-pan-fried yakisoba,' perfected over 20 years in Itabashi by a man obsessed with yakisoba. Our custom-made noodles, which are both fluffy and firm, combined with our homemade sauce that brings out the best in the ingredients, will surely whet your appetite! You cannot claim to know yakisoba until you have tried this! This is true yakisoba, different from ordinary stir-fried noodles! A man who was fascinated by yakisoba spent 20 years in Itabashi pursuing the perfect taste for his signature dish, "Double-Sided Yakisoba." The homemade noodles are fluffy yet firm and flavorful, fried until golden brown on both sides, resulting in a crispy outside and chewy inside.
