The recommended dish is the "Beijing Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork," a dish where you can enjoy the texture of chunky pork and crispy yam. It is finished with a secret homemade black vinegar sauce that has a sweet, sour, and spicy taste. You can also order it as a set with the "steamed buns" and eat it by putting the sweet and sour pork between the buns or dipping it in the sauce. Enjoy the rich, mellow flavor and full-bodied, refreshing sweet and sour taste. There are also a wide variety of other a la carte dishes to enjoy.

We offer a lineup of five types of Shaoxing wine to match the flavors of our dishes. The sour taste with hints of sweetness and spiciness goes perfectly with many Chinese dishes. We recommend all five types of Shaoxing wine, including some that get softer with age. We also offer original cocktail menus based on recipes developed in-house. The interior of the restaurant, with its red and black motif, is chic yet has a Chinese atmosphere. All seating is at tables, so it can be used for a wide range of occasions, from office workers coming after work to banquets.
