Located in Ginza 3-chome, this restaurant is a unique house inspired by the blue and white of the Mediterranean. Each floor of the four-story space has a different atmosphere, and the interior is unified with white walls and wooden furnishings, creating a sense of openness. We have a variety of seating options, so you can enjoy your time with your friends on your way home from work, or with your family or children. Each floor can be rented out exclusively for a group of 10 to 50 people.
We commissioned an authentic Italian craftsman to build a wood-fired oven. The pizza, baked in a 500℃ wood-fired oven at a temperature far higher than you would imagine from its cute appearance, is fragrant and chewy. We also paid special attention to the water used to make the dough. We use alkaline water that matches the hardness of the water in southern Italy. You can also enjoy pizza made by a professional pizza craftsman. The most popular pizza is the classic Margherita.
