  • Children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat can participate for free (except for LEGOLAND), but meals, admission tickets, and a seat onboard are not included. If you're traveling children under the age of 3, please note it in the order
  • LEGOLAND requires tickets for children age 2 and above, so a full fare of the tour will be required and free admission are not available for children age 2 and above

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 3 and are required to be purchased on-site

  • Please confirm your reservation and arrive at the meeting point on time. As our vehicles need to pick up from various locations, the bus will only wait for 5 minutes at the scheduled meeting time. Latecomers cannot request rescheduling or refunds. Thank you for your understanding

  • At the Alpaca ranch, you can spend about 15 minutes getting close to the alpacas, taking a walk, and capturing photos at your own expense. However, for safety reasons, if an alpaca is emotionally unstable, you may not be able to have this experience

  • If changes to the departure date are made within 48 hours prior to departure due to personal reasons, a surcharge of ₩20,000 per person will apply

  • If the staff determines that infants, whose original reservation did not include a seat, are over 3 years old (more than 36 months), they will need to purchase an additional ticket for KRW18,000 to enter the Alpaca World. Additionally, they will be required to pay the children's group fee for the one-day tour on-site

  • It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.

  • ⚠️ All tours under this company do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers. Please assess your health and ability before joining the tour, as the company will not take responsibility for any physical harm or injuries that occur during the tour

  • Lunch is not included in this tour. We recommend bringing your own lunch or dining at a restaurant recommended by the tour guide. The souvenirs introduced during the tour, Korean seaweed, can be purchased after the tour ends (optional)
