In order to maintain the service quality of the entire camp, participating students and parents agree to abide by the relevant regulations of this activity and cooperate with the guidance of the organizer and on-site personnel. The venue used by the camp team is rented. The company will strictly review the relevant equipment and hardware conditions of the rented venue and evaluate it before using it as a venue for the camp team. No refunds will be given if the venue hardware equipment does not meet expectations during the event. .

The company may change the venue due to force majeure factors from before the event to after the class starts.

For children's lunch during the event, if you have special allergies or meal needs, please inform them in advance in the order notes. The lunch will be served according to the meals designed by the manufacturer. Students are not allowed to request refunds due to different taste needs.

Camp students should ensure that they are in good health and can engage in all activities of this course. During the activities, the company will insure all students with travel insurance and will do its best to protect the safety and health of the students. If there is any injury or accident that is not attributable to the company, parents agree that they may need to pay medical expenses that are beyond the scope of insurance.

Participating students and parents agree that our company can record, video and photograph them during the course, and our company has the right to author and use the photos, videos and other materials, and can publicly use them in public media for online and marketing purposes.

If you are unable to attend classes due to general/major injuries during the event, you must attach relevant certificates within two days from the date of application (only doctor’s certificate/medical receipt can be selected for recognition), and the number of days you have participated will be calculated proportionately from the If you choose a refund, 20% of the remaining balance as necessary operating expenses will be deducted before refunding.
