Note: Guests purchasing a 1-Day WATERBOMB Singapore Pass must select the festival date on the calendar. Check-in at the hotel will be on the same day as your festival attendance. For example, if you purchase the pass for 24 August, you will check into the hotel on 24 August and check out on 25 August.

Note: For those purchasing a 2-Day WATERBOMB Singapore Pass, select "24 August (Saturday)" in the calendar. Hotel check-in will be on 24 August, with check-out on 26 August.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend this event. An ID check will be conducted at the ticket booth, and those under 18 will not be admitted and are ineligible for refunds.

Please protect your ticket until the day of the show. Entry is not permitted with a damaged or lost wristband. If issues arise during the event, please visit the information booth inside the venue.

It is illegal to transfer or trade tickets. Engaging in such activities may result in civil and criminal penalties. Please purchase tickets exclusively through official channels and request refunds there if necessary.

A coat check will be available. Check the map for its location. Take extra care of your electronic devices and belongings, as they may be exposed to water effects.

Due to prolonged exposure to water from special effects, in case of an emergency, notify the nearest staff or security personnel and head to the emergency booth to assess your condition.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

A bag check will be enforced at the gate. Sharp objects like knives or scissors, dangerous items such as fireworks, explosives, and all food and beverages except water are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed at the festival, in guestrooms, or on hotel premises.

Hotel bedding preferences are on a request basis and subject to availability at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Strong-smelling foods such as durians are banned in guestrooms and on hotel premises. A cleaning fee will be imposed if such foods are found.
