- Our festival is a rain-or-shine event, and we’re prepared for various weather conditions. However, in the event of CAT 1 weather conditions, for the safety of our attendees, artistes, and staff, the festival will be temporarily halted until it’s safe to resume. Please note that in such circumstances, refunds will not be given. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
- The minimum age to attend the festival is 18 years old. Attendees may be required to show a valid photo ID at the entrance. Our festival security goes by DATE OF BIRTH so entrance is granted to anyone who turns 18 years old on 30 August 2025 and 31 August 2025 respectively.
- There will be no replacement for any lost/damaged wristbands.
- Re-entries are only allowed for Premium ticket holders.
- Strictly no refunds are allowed once tickets are sold.

- What should you wear to the festival??
At the festival, you’ll want to wear waterproof clothing like swimwear or a wetsuit since you’re bound to get soaked! Waterproof sneakers or sandals are the way to go—just skip the heels and flip-flops to avoid slipping. It’s also a good idea to bring goggles and a poncho for the water games, plus extra towels and a change of clothes to stay comfortable. If it gets chilly, throw in something warmer or a towel, and don’t forget to keep your electronics, like your phone, safe and secure in waterproof cases.

Yep, you’ll need to be 18 or older to attend WATERBOMB Singapore 2025. To make things convenient, just make sure to bring a photo ID with you, as you might be asked to show it at the door when you arrive.

All guests (including crew and members of the media) shall consent and be subjected to a bag check and/or pat down including emptying of pockets and bags. There will be a bag check area at the entrance to inspect for prohibited items. Any prohibited items found may be confiscated. The Organiser reserves the right to either refuse entry or evict any person(s) who are in violation of festival rules. Festival rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

To participate in this event, a participant's age must be at least 18 years old. There will be an ID check at the ticket booth, and if you are under 18 you will not be able to attend the festival nor receive a refund

As this festival involves water special effects, you may be exposed to water for a long time. In the case of emergency, please inform the nearest staff or security and go to the emergency booth to check your condition

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
