1. How to Use
- A booking confirmation guidance message will be sent via KKday chat within 1 day of booking.
- Please send copies of passports for all users and the flight number after checking this guidance message.
- On the day of use, please present your boarding pass and passport to the The SENS Lounge reception staff before entering

- Lounge operating hours are 05:30 ~ 24:00 daily.

- Usage time: Maximum 3 consecutive hours

- Adult: Age 12 and above
- Child: Age 5 to 11 (Based on the date of birth in the passport)
- Children under 5 years old can enter for free (maximum 1 child per accompanying adult).
✅ Cancellation/Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: When cancelled before 18:00 (local time), 1 day prior to the date of use.
- No Refund: Cancellations and refunds are not possible after 18:00 (local time), 1 day prior to the date of use.
* Once the ticket has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Due to local conditions in Vietnam, a 20% surcharge will apply on the following public holidays. Please refer to these dates when making your reservation:
• International New Year’s Day: January 1
• Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year)
• Christmas: December 24 – December 25
