All aboard The Q Train, a multi-award-winning restaurant on rails travelling along the historic Bellarine Railway.
Over three unhurried hours, you’ll settle into a beautifully restored heritage carriage and enjoy a seasonal degustation menu prepared fresh onboard. As each course is served, the scenery gently shifts outside your window, from coastal views to rolling farmland and native bushland.
This is more than a meal; it’s a journey through flavour, place and time. Every detail is designed to encourage you to relax, connect and enjoy the experience at a slower pace.

First Class Package — Enjoy private dining for two in our First Class Dining Cars. This intimate compartment, with seating for two, creates a unique, romantic atmosphere; ideal for that romantic treat, anniversary, birthday or special occasion.

Diners in the Q Class Dining Car will experience The Q Train’s amazing degustation, and have the opportunity to enjoy beer, wine and cider from the finest local breweries and wineries.

Our carefully designed degustation experience includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, and lactose free alterations upon request. Other diets, and preferences or dislikes are unlikely to be accommodated due to the limited kitchen and storage space on board The Q Train. Please note that we do need to know about dietary requirements before your booking. Due to space restrictions, we are unable to make alterations on the day of service. As an indoor dining venue, we can’t welcome pets. But we do welcome guide dogs!

- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
