- A booking confirmation guidance message will be sent via KKday chat within 1 day of booking.
- Please provide your name to the spa staff to check in for your service
2. Important Notes:
- Changes to your scheduled massage time can only be made up to 1 day prior to the reserved date.
- If you wish to change your massage course, please inquire on-site and pay the additional fee.
- No-shows after booking are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
- Additional charges will apply on Vietnamese national and public holidays. (Please refer to the bottom of the detail page).

- Please arrive at the massage shop within 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
- If you arrive later than the scheduled time, the massage will only be provided for the remaining duration of your session.
- If you have skin allergies or itchiness, please inform us in advance.
- There is no separate babysitting service available.

Due to local conditions in Vietnam, a 20% surcharge will apply on the following public holidays. Please refer to these dates when making your reservation:

To ensure your appointment starts on time, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you do not show up on time, your treatment time will be rescheduled to your next available appointment
