・The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
・Guests departing from Kyoto will disband near Arashiyama JR Station and will not return to Kyoto. Please note that you will need to take the subway back by yourself!
・This tour does not include Sagano train tickets. If you need ticket purchase service, please inform us at the time of booking. The fee must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of booking. Due to the limited supply and demand for seats, we cannot guarantee that we can purchase enough tickets. The purchased tickets will be provided in sequence according to the order number of each passenger. We apologize for not allocating purchased tickets to passengers!
・The space in the car is limited. Each passenger can only bring 1 piece of checked luggage 28 inches or less for free. Please inform us when booking. If you need to bring more than 1 piece of checked luggage, you will need to pay a space fee of JPY2,000 per piece for the excess. The space fee should be paid to the driver on site.

Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent journey, no latecomers will be accommodated.

This itinerary is a fixed itinerary for carpooling. Customers who are also participating in this itinerary must abide by the stay time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements.
The natural scenery is affected by the weather of the day, which is a force majeure factor. If you do not enjoy the scenery as expected, there will be no refunds, please know!
If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. And if this results in personal or property safety, you must bear the consequences yourself.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies that prevent the group from being organized, all fees will be refunded and liquidated damages will not be compensated.
The price is the same for adults and children; safety seats are provided for infants under 2 years old, and a seat fee (adult price) is charged; safety seats are not provided by default for children aged 3-6 years old, please make a note when placing an order if you need to arrange it. When placing an order, please note the date of birth of the infant for future reference.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
