Upon arrival at our state-of-the-art check-in facility at Queen Street Jetty, you’ll be greeted by our warm and friendly staff. Relax with a refreshing drink as we escort you to your designated picnic area, complete with comfortable rugs, cushions, and shade – all while enjoying an awe-inspiring view of the Perth city backdrop.

Savour a delectable cheese board, featuring an assortment of cheeses, crackers and fruits, along with a bottle of premium Margaret River sparkling wine and a selection of other chilled beverages of choice. After an hour or so, your captain will lead you to the departure facility for a safety briefing before escorting you to the seaplane.

Reminders

  • All passengers are weighed at check in

  • Passengers must comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the Swan River Seaplanes services. Where the passenger does not so comply, and cancels or is unable to access our services, any and all monies paid will be forfeited

  • Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg. False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being cancelled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire. Luggage allowance of 5kg per person is automatically added

  • Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg. Please ask our staff for more information

  • It is common for Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds in the afternoon which can restrict seaplane transfers. In the event of high wind above our seaplane takeoff and landing crosswind limit alternative transport from Rottnest Island will be arranged and a partial refund will be offered

  • Due to limited tour spaces, all tour bookings must be paid for in full to secure booking

  • All flights and tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers

  • Baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5kg per person. Luggage is weighed at check in. Additional luggage can be transported to your destination at an additional cost

  • We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Cancellations 62 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–61 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
