Purchase Notice
- This is a one-day round-trip transfer service with a chartered car. The driving time for this trip is 10 hours. Exceeding the time limit will incur an overtime fee to be paid to the driver on site
- When booking, please keep the route of the attractions in mind. To ensure a more enjoyable experience, the order of attractions may be changed based on current traffic circumstances on the day of departure
- Bookings can be made as early as 2 days before the departure date, and the voucher will be issued immediately
- The vehicle is for reference only. If the model above isn’t available, it will be replaced with a model of the same level. The car depends on the situation on-site, and the actual number of passengers must be filled in (babies and children must be included in the number of passengers)
- The number of passenger seats will decrease as luggage increases. When booking, please refer to the limit on the number of passengers that can be accommodated in the vehicle, and provide the number of passengers, number of luggage, luggage size, and other dimensions. If the booking content does not meet the requirements, the store reserves the right to change
- If you need a child seat, please put the quantity required in the "Remarks" section when booking
- Overtime rental fees still apply regardless of traffic congestion or other reasons

The service time of the chartered car is 10 hours. Exceeding 10 hours will incur a surcharge of JP¥5,000/hour for 7–14 seats, JP¥10,000/hour for 21 seats, and JP¥12,000/hour for 30 seats (on-site payment)
Child Seat
If you need a child seat, the first one is provided free of charge, and the second one is JP¥2,000 each. Please put the quantity required in the "Remarks" section when booking and the fee should be paid to the driver on the spot

This itinerary is a round-trip itinerary (such as Osaka-Shirahama-Osaka). The pick-up and drop-off address needs to be within the city of Osaka or the city of Kyoto/Nara/Kobe. If it ends in a different place, the itinerary will incur additional charges.
The driving time for 7-10 seats is 10 hours, and the driving time for 21 seats is 9 hours.

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
