If you are a customer who has a mobile phone protection service set up, you must cancel the SIM lock and mobile phone protection service at the customer service center or homepage of the telecommunication company you are using to use it.
After purchase, product information (QR code) will be sent via e-mail or AlimTalk, and exchanges and refunds are not possible after the QR code is sent or scanned.
In order to register the purchased eSIM product to the device, data must be available. (Cellular network or wifi connection mode)
If you delete the registered cellular plan after QR scanning, eSIM cannot be used, so please keep the plan until the end of use.
It can be installed in advance at the departure point, and the usage date starts from the point of connecting to the destination network.
If possible, change the data roaming of the domestic carrier you are using to OFF before departure. (Incorrect operation may result in roaming charges abroad.)
Depending on the communication environment of the local carrier, data usage may not be smooth in some areas, and depending on the model used, you may be connected to 3G or 2G if it does not match the frequency band of the local carrier.
Product options (data amount, days of use, promotions, etc.) may change without prior notice in accordance with the terms and conditions of the provider.

Yes, many eSIMs are designed for multi-country use, including options that cover both Australia and New Zealand. This allows for seamless data connectivity as you travel between the two countries without needing to switch plans or physical SIM cards, providing a highly convenient solution for cross-country itineraries.
While not strictly necessary, an eSIM offers significant convenience for Australian travelers visiting New Zealand. It helps avoid potentially high international roaming charges from your existing Australian physical SIM, provides immediate data access upon arrival, and eliminates the hassle of finding local SIM cards. It's an efficient way to stay connected without disruptions.
For travel spanning both New Zealand and Australia, an eSIM that specifically covers both countries with a single plan is highly recommended. Look for options providing unlimited data to ensure continuous connectivity for navigation, communication, and social media without worrying about data caps throughout your trip.
Yes, an existing Australian physical SIM card can typically be used in New Zealand through international roaming services provided by your carrier. However, this often incurs higher costs and may offer slower data speeds compared to a dedicated travel eSIM. An eSIM provides a more cost-effective and convenient solution for reliable high-speed data while abroad.
Digital nomads should prioritize eSIMs offering stable, high-speed, and ideally unlimited data coverage across both Australia and New Zealand. Key considerations include an easy activation process, reliable network providers, and flexibility in plan durations to support extended stays. Dual-country compatibility is crucial for seamless work and travel between the nations.
For travelers focused solely on Australia, key eSIM features include immediate data activation upon arrival, eliminating the need for a physical SIM card replacement, and reliable coverage across major cities and popular tourist areas. An easy QR code installation process also enhances convenience, ensuring quick internet access without delays.
Activating an Australia/New Zealand eSIM is straightforward. After purchase, you typically receive a voucher containing a QR code. Upon arrival at your destination, simply scan this QR code with your compatible device, follow the on-screen prompts for installation, and your eSIM will be activated, allowing you to use internet data immediately.
While many Australia/New Zealand eSIMs offer "unlimited" data, it's important to be aware of fair usage policies. These policies typically ensure that data speeds remain high for the vast majority of users but may reduce speeds after a very high volume of data consumption within a short period to prevent network congestion. Always review the specific terms.
