Hamajima is also known as the phantom island.
The pure white sandy beach and crystal clear sea, often featured in TV dramas and commercials, are a popular spot where you can experience an extraordinary feeling! When you land on the island, surrounded by coral blue water that stretches as far as the eye can see, you will feel as if you are walking on the sea.

After enjoying the mysterious island, enjoy snorkeling in the ocean teeming with colorful coral and fish!
You can easily get to the snorkeling spot by boat! Your instructor will carefully teach you the basics of snorkeling, so anyone over the age of 3 in good health can snorkel safely and securely.

All necessary equipment, including life jackets and wetsuits, is provided, so all you need is your swimsuit, towel and beach sandals!
The shop is located right at the 730 intersection in the center of Ishigaki Island! You can even board a boat right in front of the shop, making it extremely convenient and accessible!

Eligibility: People who are physically and mentally healthy. Ages: 3 to 75 years old.

*Please note that people aged 76 or older cannot participate.
*If you have a history of cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, epilepsy, or other chronic illnesses, or if you have a past medical history or are currently taking medication, we ask that you submit a medical certificate from a doctor in advance. Please contact us for more details.
*Please bring your own swimwear, beach sandals, and drinks. If necessary, please bring motion sickness medicine and sunscreen.
*The fee includes guide fee, boarding fee, equipment and insurance.
*There is shade only on certain parts of the boat during the tour, so please be sure to take measures to protect yourself from the sun before joining.
*The tour will be held even in rainy weather.
*The tour may be canceled depending on the sea conditions on the day.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
