Purchase Notice
- Once booked, dates, number of people, ticket type, room type, etc. cannot be changed. Please confirm the number of people and ticket specifications are correct before booking. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat is not guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- Due to differences in region and hotel system attributes, if you have special needs (such as one large bed/two small beds; crib, etc.), please make your request when the order is placed. We will then make the request to the hotel on your behalf. However, whether or not the request is obtained depends on the availability of rooms at the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies from hotel to hotel, and additional charges may apply on-site, depending on the hotel's policy.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
- To reserve wheelchair seats on trains, please contact the ticket windows at any station or call the High Speed Rail customer service hotline (4066-3000). Travel agencies do not offer wheelchair seat reservation services; we apologize for the inconvenience.
Reminders
Your High-Speed Rail Booking Code and Ticket Collection Code will be provided on your booking voucher 7 days before departure. Passengers using high-speed rail e-tickets or convenience store tickets should collect their tickets within the designated timeframe. For physical paper tickets, tickets will be mailed to your designated address 7 days before departure. Before ordering this product, please carefully read the ordering terms and conditions. If the ordering person is not the passenger, they will act as an agent and are obligated to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary. The ordering terms and conditions will be binding upon the passenger upon clicking "Agree." Any subsequent defense by the passenger claiming ignorance or unawareness will not be accepted.
Those who purchase the "Love Ticket/Respect for Senior Citizens Ticket" must bring valid ID when entering and exiting the station on the day of departure for inspection by high-speed rail station staff. If you do not bring your ID or find any discrepancies during inspection, the high-speed rail has the right to refuse you boarding and you will need to purchase another high-speed rail ticket. The original high-speed rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded or refunded.
For Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao, the above three stations are not applicable if any two stations are the departure and arrival stations (for example, a trip with Taipei Station as the arrival station is not applicable for departures from Nangang and Banqiao).
The price includes one round-trip, reserved seat in a standard carriage on the high-speed rail. The travel date must coincide with your hotel check-in or departure date. A single booking must include arrivals and departures at the same departure and destination stations, and travel on the same train. If your trip requires a later return, you will be responsible for your own hotel transfers. This is a round-trip ticket only and is non-refundable.
This special high-speed rail ticket offers a discounted fare and is valid only on the same day of travel. It is not registered and will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it in a safe place. Any altered, defaced, or photocopied ticket will be invalid.
For itineraries that include accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's regulations. For itineraries that include accommodation, the advertised room type is limited and the actual room type available is subject to availability. Room types cannot be exchanged for other types.
For pre-orders departing after the 29th, please fill in 2-3 high-speed rail trains for each return trip in the "Order Notes" field. The actual train number obtained will be determined by the customer service staff's response.

- High-Speed Rail holiday tickets are special, with specific departure and arrival stations. For example, if you depart from Taipei Station and stay at a Kaohsiung hotel, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for any stops beyond the designated destination, and you will need to pay the difference in the official High-Speed Rail fare.
- The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted tickets and are only valid for designated trains on the day.

- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds can be made for any single journey.
- All ticket refunds must be handled by KKday. Ticket refunds and exchanges are not available at the ticket windows at any high-speed rail stations.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order and need to refund or exchange their tickets, they must process the refund or exchange together. Individual refunds or exchanges are not allowed, and the refund or exchange fee for all guests will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- High-Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative time constraints, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation requests will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after this time will be considered deferred for one day.
- If you have already issued a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- Free cancellation for more than eight days before departure. 7-4 days before departure (excluding the departure date) for changes or cancellations, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you notify us of any changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- (For example, if you depart on 12/8 and change or cancel your order before 11/30, you will be charged a free cancellation fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/1 and 4, you will be charged a 30% handling fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/5 and 7, you will be charged a 70% handling fee.)
