On the day, please arrive at the pier 10 minutes before departure.
The temperature feels lower on the water than on land. Please dress warmly. We do not plan to lend out cold weather gear.
Please contact us in advance if you are using a wheelchair or have walking difficulties.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be cancelled.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol or eating on board. However, you may bring plastic bottles (water, tea, soft drinks), cans, and water bottles for hydration.
Pets and large luggage are not allowed on board.
Please note that aircraft types and departure and arrival times may change due to airline circumstances or weather conditions.
The course may change and the boat may rock depending on the weather conditions.
We will operate as usual even in rainy weather, but for safety reasons, please refrain from using umbrellas. Please bring rain gear other than an umbrella, such as a raincoat.
The service may be suspended in the event of bad weather.
