Purchase Notice
- Once booked, dates, number of people, ticket type, room type, etc. cannot be changed. Please confirm the number of people and ticket specifications are correct before booking. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- Due to differences in region and hotel system attributes, if you have special requirements (such as one large bed/two small beds; crib, etc.), please make your request when the order is placed. We will then make the request to the hotel on your behalf. However, whether or not the request is obtained depends on the availability of rooms at the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies from hotel to hotel, and additional charges may apply on-site, depending on the hotel's policy.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- This project cannot accommodate additional people or beds.

- High-speed rail holiday cancellation notice -
- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds can be made for any single journey.
- All ticket refunds and exchanges must be handled by KKday. Ticket purchase windows at high-speed rail stations are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
- If you need a refund or exchange, please do so 7 days before your departure date (excluding the departure date). Please notify our customer service staff in advance to assist with the change. Please return the original ticket (including convenience store paper tickets and high-speed rail holiday special paper tickets) to KKday 7 days before your departure date (excluding the departure date). For mobile e-tickets, you must refresh the screen of the refunded ticket in the "T-EX Mobile Ticketing" app and provide it to KKday before you can process the ticket exchange. If you wish to change your ticket within 7 days of your departure date, please contact our customer service staff so that we can do our best to assist you (due to the inconvenience of mailing high-speed rail tickets). - High-Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -

- Due to administrative time constraints, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation requests will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after this time will be considered deferred for one day.
- If you notify us to change or cancel your order more than 8 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a handling fee of RMB 50 per person will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within 7 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a handling fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a handling fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- On the day of departure, if you notify us to change or cancel your order, a handling fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- For example: If the departure time is 10/20, a handling fee of RMB 50 per person will be charged if the application is submitted before 16:00 on 10/12; a handling fee of 30% will be charged if the application is submitted after 16:01 on 10/12, and so on.
