- The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon. The management will do their best to provide premier locations for viewing but there is no way to guarantee that you will see the Aurora. Please check the weather and Aurora reports before booking the tour
- The itinerary is for reference only. The company may adjust the timeline to accommodate the weather and other unexpected situations. Please consider this before booking
- If you have not successfully passed through US Customs due to personal reasons and you are repatriated to your country, no refunds will be given
- In the case of extreme weather conditions, war, strikes, and other force majeure events, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary. All payments are non-refundable
- In the case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour due to personal reasons, all costs, including hotels, transportation, etc. are non-refundable
- Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible
- Guests below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour or submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian
- Modification of dates and/or names will result in the cancellation of the current reservation and booking a new one
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please bring your valid ID documents with your own photo (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the trip
Please provide a reachable contact number when booking, so the management can contact you in the event of emergency

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
