- This is a one-day tour with round-trip transfers
- The vehicles listed are for reference only and are subject to on-site availability. If the requested vehicle is not available, a similar model will be provided instead.
- Please provide the actual number of passengers, infants and children included
- More luggage means fewer passenger seats. Please refer to the vehicle information to book the most suitable option and specify the number of passengers, car seats and luggage size and quantity. If the above information does not match the on-site situation, the supplier has the right to refuse service
- If a car seat is needed, please make a quantity request in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking
- Reservations must be made 2 days prior to the departure date. The voucher will be issued immediately and automatically after booking
- In the event of traffic congestion or other natural causes, the overtime surcharge still applies
- Travellers are recommended to purchase their own insurance
- Please do not drink and drive
- Drinking under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited
- Excessive drinking is harmful to your health

Surcharge(s)
Nighttime Service
A surcharge of A$100 per vehicle applies for service between 22:00 pm–08:00 am. Please pay the driver on-site
Overtime Service
A surcharge of A$80 5 and 7 seater car and A$100 8 and 12 seater car per hour applies for exceeding the 10-hour service. Please pay the driver on-site and in cash
Baby and Child Seats
Any additional car seat can be provided at A$10 per set, pay on-site. Please specify the numbers needed in the "Requests & Remarks" section
Reminders
Pick-up and drop-off locations should be within the city of Melbourne
During summer, please bring sunblock and drinking water. During winter, temperatures may be cooler near the ocean so please dress warmer
