The park is a historical building. According to Article 106 of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act, anyone who damages the buildings in the park or engages in activities that pose a risk, such as campfires, picnics, overnight stays, setting off firecrackers, fireworks, or sky lanterns, will be fined between NT$300,000 and NT$2,000,000 and must restore the damaged parts to their original condition.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the park. Violators will be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000 in accordance with Article 31 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
It is prohibited to carry contraband, controlled drugs, or engage in other acts that are offensive to public morals or disrupt public order.
Damaging or stealing plants in the park, or engaging in activities that pollute the environment such as swimming, releasing animals, washing, or littering in the fountain pool are prohibited.
The use of drones, riding vehicles, flying kites, playing frisbee, skating/inline skating, playing scooters, throwing balls, or any other behavior that obstructs, interferes with, or endangers visitors is prohibited within the park.
No fundraising, begging, distributing or posting promotional materials, holding up promotional signs, conducting surveys, street interviews, renting or selling items, or other similar activities are permitted within this park without permission.
Non-commercial photography such as wedding photos and cosplay, involving groups of five or fewer, is permitted to enter the outdoor area without application. Indoor venues are only open for general visitors to take commemorative photos; please refrain from using flash.
Please refrain from eating, making noise, running, jumping, climbing, crossing over, or damaging historical buildings and exhibits in the indoor facilities.
Pets are allowed to roam freely in the outdoor area, but please clean up after your pets. For indoor enclosures, please place your pets in cages (only some enclosures are open; please refer to on-site announcements).
