Please arrive at the Green Island Line counter 30 minutes before the ferry's departure time to check in and board. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to delays preventing your travel.
When taking the Taitung Green Island ferry, please be sure to bring the original copy of the identification document used for booking. If the identification document does not match the booking and invoicing information, you will be responsible for any resulting losses.
[Green Island Ticket Collection Notice] In order to enable the Maritime and Port Bureau to keep track of passenger lists in a timely manner, passengers traveling to Green Island must register their tickets with their real names. The counter will need to check the identification of each person (only one document is required, such as an adult's ID card, an infant's health insurance card, a foreign national's passport, or a residence permit). Your cooperation is appreciated.
The ferry ticket to Green Island, Taitung is a round-trip ticket. Please keep your return ticket safe. If you lose it, please purchase a return ticket on-site. We regret that we cannot reissue it.
