- Time: Every hour from 9:00 am, daily
- Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to departure
- The boat can fit 4 people (1 driver + 3 passengers)
- Clay Bird Shooting fits 6 people per session
- Minimum height of 1.2 meters for Jet Sprint Boat experience
- Please inform the operator about any prior injuries upon booking
- Pregnant women are not allowed to board the Jet Sprint Boat
- Children aged 10-15 years can travel unaccompanied if parents/guardians are on-site; children below 10 years must travel with a parent or guardian aged 16 years or older
- Minimum age of 13 years for Clay Bird Shooting is required
- Parental consent is required for guests under 16 years of age
- The minimum number of participants must be met to confirm a trip
- Oxbow Adventure Co. reserves the right to cancel or amend a trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at any stage. Customers will be given an option to rebook or receive a full refund
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Oxbow Adventure Co. Management
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Please print your voucher and present it on the day of the tour
- You may also present your voucher through your mobile device
- Availability of the tour will be subject to change depending on weather conditions and other external circumstances
