Please present your QR code on-site；- Exchange Method - The physical package is valid for 1 day from the day the package is first used (inclusive) (only valid on the day of the recorded or stamped date). ※The day the package starts to be used = the day you board the outbound bus Please present your electronic ticket (QR code) to exchange for your package ticket at the designated JR bus ticket window: JR bus ticket counter in Sannomiya Bus Terminal (M-INT KOBE). You can get on and off the bus at Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya Bus Terminal (all non-reserved seats). Different trains stop at different stations, so please check the timetable for detailed information. When exchanging your ticket, please inform the ticket counter staff of the day you wish to board the train. The staff will stamp the date on the ticket. ※Highway buses have non-reserved seats. If the bus you want to take is full, you will need to take the next bus. Please note. - How to use the package - Express Bus When riding The driver will need to confirm the express bus ticket when getting on and off the bus. Please get on the bus from the front door and walk inside the bus once you are on. Please note that you do not need to pick up a numbered ticket. Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.；Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

The electronic voucher can be exchanged for a set ticket at the designated JR Bus ticket window (JR Bus Ticket Counter in Sannomiya Bus Terminal (M-INT KOBE)) within 2 months from the date of issue. Please present your electronic voucher when redeeming. Please note that it will be invalid after the deadline.
Please note that after exchanging the electronic voucher for a physical ticket, if the ticket becomes unusable due to loss, theft, damage or destruction, it cannot be reissued.
You can get on and off the bus at Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya Bus Terminal (all non-reserved seats). Different trains stop at different stations, so please check the timetable for detailed information.
The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please be sure to confirm the location of the bus stop in advance and allow enough time to arrive at the designated boarding area. Please be advised.
If the express bus is delayed in arriving at the destination due to road or weather conditions, no refund will be given. In addition, please note that no compensation will be provided for transfers and accommodation facilities arranged by passengers themselves.
Passengers are allowed to carry baggage free of charge, not exceeding ① 10 kg in weight, ② 0.125 cubic meters in volume, and ③ 1.5 meters in length. However, if your carry-on baggage obstructs the vehicle's structure or transport (e.g., blocking aisles or emergency exits), the bus company may impose restrictions, even on carry-on baggage that is currently free. Additionally, pets are generally permitted in cases where they are placed in a carrier that meets condition ②; please contact the bus operating company for details.
Please be aware that if you are carrying dangerous items as specified in the transportation regulations, or if the staff determines that you will cause inconvenience to passengers around you (such as being drunk, untidy, having barking pets, etc.), the staff may refuse to allow you to board the vehicle, or refuse to allow you to continue riding.
Please note that if you take a highway bus beyond the route covered by this ticket, you will need to pay the difference.
Bus delays: Due to road and weather conditions, express buses may arrive late at their destinations. In this case, no refunds will be provided. In addition, please note that no compensation will be provided for transfers and accommodation facilities arranged by passengers themselves.
This electronic voucher cannot be refunded at the bus ticket window. Please contact KKday customer service for refunds. In addition, please note that you cannot refund the ticket once the QR code is exchanged for a physical ticket.
The handling of this electronic voucher and related matters, except for the matters stated in it, will be carried out in accordance with Japanese laws and the transportation terms and regulations of the transportation agency you use.
