• Camp regulations:

1. Check-In 15:00, Check-Out 11:00, late departure, NT$1,500/hour will be charged
2. If check-in is not completed before 17:00 on the participation day and the merchant is not notified in advance, the order will be deemed to be canceled and no extension or cancellation refund will be processed.
3. Due to space limitations, Shanlan RV does not provide extra beds for extra people. Please make a reservation based on the actual number of people. If the actual number of people traveling exceeds the original number, the merchant has the right to refuse reception and confiscate the deposit.
4. The package itinerary accepts passengers over the age of 2. Anyone over the age of 2 must pay for the itinerary. If there are children aged 2 or under 90 centimeters participating, please inform the merchant in the remarks or by calling the merchant.
5. The outdoor space is quiet at night. Please lower the volume, reduce activities and turn off the sound after 21:30. Access control in the park is from 22:00 to 08:00. People and vehicles are not allowed to enter and exit.
6. The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings and park equipment in the car are the property of the merchants. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
7. Meals must be picked up at the designated window of the Nomadic Hotel, and passengers must clear their plates by themselves. After finishing your meal, please sort, recycle, and dispose of food waste and return the tableware to the window
8. The park is located in a natural ecological environment, and mosquitoes are difficult to completely avoid. It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent or other anti-mosquito tools to ensure your comfortable experience.
9. It is prohibited to use cassette stoves, electrical appliances or other tools for cooking; it is prohibited to set up canopies, living room tents, tents or other personal items without permission
10. It is prohibited to drink alcohol, use fireworks, use high-decibel sound equipment, make loud noises, take drugs, gamble, gather to cause trouble and other illegal activities. If found, the police will be dealt with.
11. Pets are not allowed to enter, and visitors are not allowed to enter or visit. If there is any violation, the merchant has the right to refuse reception and please leave the park, and the fee will not be refunded
12. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the car. If there is any violation, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
13. Excessive drinking or excessive drinking, if vomiting causes bedding to be soiled, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged
14. It is not pet-friendly. Furry children are not allowed. If there is any violation, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
15. In order to protect the rights and interests of tourists, if the persuasion is ineffective, the merchants have the right to refuse reception and ask them to leave the park, and the fees will not be refunded. If you are unable to go due to personal factors or bad weather, no refunds or extensions will be accepted, except for force majeure factors.

• SUP stand up paddle experience:

1. Please gather before the departure time. The journey takes about two hours. Please join on time to avoid affecting the experience time. The distance and itinerary of this activity will be adjusted in time according to the physical condition of the participants and weather factors.
2. If the life jackets, paddles, paddle boards and activity equipment provided by the merchant are damaged or lost, compensation must be paid according to the price. During the activity, you must follow the instructions of the coach and are not allowed to leave the team or remove any safety equipment.
3. If it rains but the lake conditions are good, the activity will continue as usual. However, if there is a heavy rain or thunderstorm, the activity will be adjusted or canceled. If the weather suddenly changes during the activity, such as heavy rain, thunderstorm, or dense fog, no refunds will be given if the experience is not completed.
4. Due to personal factors, uncomfortable temperature, female menstrual period, etc., no refund will be given if you choose not to participate in SUP. If the activity has already started and the pre-trip instruction has been completed, and you are unable to gather on time, no refund will be given.
5. According to safety considerations, travelers who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, asthma or high-risk diseases are not recommended to participate in stand-up paddleboarding SUP. Sun Moon Lake is a calm water area, and children over 2 years old can participate in the activity when accompanied by an adult.
6. On the day of the event, if the leading coach determines that it is not appropriate to participate in the experience, we will refund NT$1,000 per person after deducting the administrative processing fee. Participants agree that the videos and videos taken during the event will be licensed to Biwak for commercial promotion purposes free of charge.
