In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 22:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated meeting point ahead of time and wait up to 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives (60 minutes for airport pickups). Late arrivals or no-shows cannot modify, cancel, or request refunds.
Due to varying road conditions and pickup times, adjustments may be made, and the driver will be in contact.
In case of traffic congestion, the actual pickup time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time, and both the driver and customer service will notify you.
If bad weather or other uncontrollable factors occur, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service and will notify you one day in advance of any cancellations or changes.

During the Chinese New Year, traffic is typically heavy, leading to delays in pickup times. Drivers will depart earlier to manage delays, but please be prepared for this when placing your order. Delays should not be used as grounds for negative reviews or refund requests.
Before booking, confirm with customer service that the number of passengers and amount of luggage can be accommodated. Once the order is placed, inability to carry the luggage due to its size or quantity will not be accepted as a reason for cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply according to the policy stated at the front desk.
