- Shodoshima in the Seto Inland Sea, which is also known as the venue for the Setouchi Triennale International Arts Festival, is blessed with a mild climate throughout the year. Surrounded by the calm Seto Inland Sea, the island offers many scenic and photogenic spots such as Olive Park, Angel Road, and Kankakei Gorge. The ferry route to Shodoshima departs from Himeji in Hyogo or Takamatsu in Kagawa, and the cruise time is approximately 60 to 100 minutes. Since there are many ferries a day, please choose the time that suits your travel schedule. If you are traveling by car, you can also choose a car ferry ticket or an economical through ticket. All ships are handicap-accessible, allowing you to spend a comfortable voyage while enjoying the beauty of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.

Please arrive at the port 40 minutes before departure and redeem your ticket at least 15 minutes before departure.
Be sure to bring all the vouchers that have been issued.
All seats are unreserved. If your reserved departure time is full, you can board the next ferry on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this ticket cannot be refunded.
If you want to change the departure time selected when you made your reservation on the day of boarding, please change it at the counter. (No fees for changing)
Please redeem your ticket at the Shodoshima Ferry window. In particular, please note that there are several routes to Shodoshima from Takamatsu Port run by different companies, and there is a ticket office that goes to different places such as Naoshima.
Please be sure to bring your vehicle statutory inspection certificate. When boarding with your vehicle, present the vehicle statutory inspection certificate at the counter and redeem your ticket. If there is a change in vehicle size from the time of reservation, or if the vehicle size is large, please pay any additional charges in cash at the counter on the day of your trip. Please note that if the vehicle size is smaller than as reserved, the difference will be refunded.
If you are traveling with pets, please be sure to use a cage.
If you are in a wheelchair, the crew and staff will assist you, so please let us know in the remarks column when making a reservation.
If you want to change the return time of a through ticket, please change it directly at the port window. (No fees for changing)

How to Use Your Voucher
- The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for physical tickets at the designated location
Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
