Overall, it was great. Our tour guide, Thao, was very attentive and made sure everyone in the group was keeping up. On the way there, we stopped at a pearl shopping station for about 30 minutes to use the restroom. The food on the boat was decent, nothing special. The day trip through Ha Long Bay was a bit rushed, but it was beautiful and well worth it!

I booked a 120-minute session at the end of my trip, hoping to take a shower before my late-night flight. It included a shower and dinner. I booked the session four hours before my hotel pick-up, but I ate dinner a little too quickly, so for two women, a five-hour session would be more comfortable. Disposable underwear, a hairdryer, and hair ties were provided. Shower gel and shampoo were also available. Towels were also available for rent. Regarding showering, I didn't request a shower at the end, but they still put me in a two-person room with a shower room in the room. Maybe it depends on the massage? I booked a 120-minute hot stone massage. Both the massage and dinner were excellent. They may recommend more than the course I booked based on reviews or recommendations, but they understand if I decline, so it's not a nuisance.

I booked it the evening before departure, and customer service quickly dispatched a vehicle. It was a 9-seater vehicle, with a 20-minute rest stop along the way – a comfortable ride!
