The driver at the rear train station in the afternoon was very friendly. Passenger transport is very convenient, with direct routes to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Hopefully, there will be stations in Xinfeng or Hukou in the future.

You can contact the business beforehand; they respond quickly, the pick-up and drop-off process is smooth, and the driver is friendly. There's no extra charge for going to Xinbeitou Station.

We were taken care of by a Taiwanese driver, whose Japanese name is Jang Son-ho and English name is Garrix. Unlike a taxi, the car was spacious enough for our family of four, and being an electric vehicle, it was quiet and drove very smoothly, making us feel safe and secure throughout the ride. Since we don't speak Taiwanese, we communicated through a translation app, but the driver guided us throughout the drive, from the airport to our hotel, Shifen and Jiufen, and finally dropped us off at the night market. He even took pictures for us, showing wonderful consideration.

Terminal 1 Zone D lounge is 24 hours and a good place to rest for red eye flights. The staff is polite. Overall the place is nice, has its own restrooms. Not many choices for food, but the vegetarian noodles were amazing and the pork rice was also so good! We found tap Taiwan beer, coffee, tea choices, sodas. Not much bread selections. Seats were comfortable enough. We willl book again!
