I thought it would be difficult to casually drop by on my own, so I used this service for my first trip to Taiwan. I wondered if pre-trip communication and confirmation via LINE might be difficult for Japanese people who aren't used to traveling in English or other foreign languages, but I personally found it smooth and reassuring to participate. The driver and guide, Justing, was kind, humorous, and attentive, which made me feel at ease throughout the trip.
