Overall a good experience, two adults and a child, 14yrs. I was restricted from two rides because of my weight, I think I am an average size foreigner but obviously not?!!
Daughter was restricted from one ride because she had a long sleeved shirt so we bought her a sports bra and that issue was solved, at the cost of 880 pesos!!
The toilet bowl ride is restricted to four people and only my daughter and me wanted to go on it, so find another couple for this ride otherwise this is another no no, and it is worth the effort to make sure you ride it.
Food and drink is all good and well priced, plenty of seating and no que at the time we went.
love the cashless system, makes life easy and simple to add on or refund.
So we would come back and have learned a few lessons. I think we went on a relatively quiet day, but even if busy it is well organised and copes with the numbers well.
Because of the rain, we contacted the tour guide to discuss rescheduling to another day. The tour guide was very helpful and made arrangements for us. He told us the meeting time was 4:30 PM, but since we wanted to see the sunset, he suggested we come back at 5:00 PM. Everything went smoothly. The staff on the sailboat were also very helpful, constantly taking photos for us. A very good experience! 👍
