Our tour guide, Mr. Guo, provided excellent service. He was friendly and professional throughout the trip, and his explanations of the attractions were very detailed and engaging. The overall itinerary was very smooth, with ample time and no rushing, allowing us to have a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour!

KKDay's shuttle service was excellent. Because of rain that evening, our itinerary changed, and we were worried about missing the bus. We inquired about changing the time, and they responded promptly, which was great. They even allowed us to change the time, which we greatly appreciated. However, other aspects of KKDay's service were terrible. For example, we never received our JR train tickets, and customer service didn't respond. My family called KKDay's customer service from Taiwan at 7 AM the next morning, and they only said the voucher had been sent, but we hadn't received it in the app or via email (including spam). This severely disrupted our plans for the day. Because of this experience, we will never use KKDay again. However, this shuttle service experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

The tour guide was very considerate, and the driver was also very cooperative. We visited every attraction, so I wasn't rushed at all. The scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately, there was too much fog on Mount Fuji the day we went.

Highly recommended, it's very useful! After purchasing, I can pick up the ticket at Narita Airport. It's valid for three days and allows me to ski in Echigo-Yuzawa, visit Nikko-Tobu, and explore Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Remember to reserve your seats online first.
