Promo Code for Visa Cardholders
- The promotional period is from 1 December 2022 to 30 September 2023. The journey has to be completed on or before 31 December 2023, after which they will be invalid.
- The promotional offer is only applicable to cardholders of Visa debit cards, credit cards, and supplementary cards issued outside of Taiwan.
- Visa debit card, credit card, and supplementary cardholders can enjoy a 10% discount on KKday App and website (except for Products listed in Promotion Exclusion List), which destination of journey experience is in Taiwan.
- During the promotional period, the maximum discount is TWD200/USD6.50 per order. USD amount is accurate at time of this promotion page launch. Do expect minor difference due to currency fluctuations.
- Customer can only use discount code once per month. Please enter the specified discount code before checkout to enjoy the discount.
- Visa debit card, Visa credit card, or supplementary card issued outside of Taiwan is required in this discount event. After entering the designated discount code at checkout, the order amount can be immediately discounted if the transaction is eligible for the 10% discount. If the system does not immediately discount the order amount, please contact KKday customer service to confirm whether the transaction is eligible for discount. This promotion does not provide any other means of a 10% discount after checkout.
- This discount code is only valid for KKday members. Discount codes shall not be resold or transferred. Once order is made, the departure time are not allowed to be changed. If you apply for cancellation due to personal reasons, the discount code cannot be refunded. If the order is full or sold out, cancelled due to natural disasters (such as forced cancellation of flights, political factors, and other force majeure), it is allowed to revert the use of the discount code for you once, please contact KKday customer service.
- The offers cannot be redeemed / exchanged for cash / other products, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. In case of malicious and improper use, KKday and Visa reserve the right to terminate the transaction immediately.
- The price shown on the KKday product page may vary due to exchange rates and seasonal factors. Please refer to the checkout amount at the time of actual ordering. If the discount amount exclusive to the Visa cardholder is not displayed, the 10% discount amount shall not be refunded after the transaction.
- This offer is only applicable to local operators and regions that KKday cooperates with. If the product shows that the local operator needs to reply within 48 hours (or more hours), it is necessary for local operator to confirm and determine whether the order is successful. If the operator cannot provide enough quotas on the same day, travellers can choose to change the date or refund the full amount.
- If travellers want to cancel or change their bookings, they must process it directly through the order management system in the upper right of www.kkday.com, and must be subject to the Purchase Notice of each booking. - Using a third-party payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, LINE Pay, Samsung Pay, and so on) to bind a Visa debit card, credit card, or supplementary card, is not eligible for this 10% discount activity.
- The products or services related to this event are provided by KKday. Visa only provides various preferential information, not an order guarantee, nor is it a seller of goods or services. There is no agency, partnership or guarantee between Visa and KKday. - If the cardholder returns or sells back the goods or services purchased by swiping the card for any reason, or due to bill disputes, or false transactions, or the cardholder is the person in charge of a appointed store, an employee or other colluding person who accepts the customer's purchase If you swipe your card after receiving the payment for the goods or services, or obtain discount qualifications through other methods that violate the principle of good faith, the Bank will directly cancel the activity discount qualifications without prior notice.
- In the event of force majeure or irresponsible reasons, KKday and Visa reserve the right to make final interpretations and decisions. Matters not covered in these measures shall be governed by laws and regulations, terms of the bank’s credit card agreement, terms of online banking services or other relevant stipulated.
- KKday will collect personal information for the purpose of fulfilling the official affairs and contract-related matters between customer and KKday. For detailed regulations on the collection, processing and use of your personal data, please inquire on the KKday official website.
- KKday and Visa reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
