Make unforgettable memories on a ride through a snow-covered forest. Marvel at the reindeer on the farm before taking a magical trip on a sleigh pulled by these majestic animals. Learn all about reindeer herding in Lapland from your guide. Sample hot drinks in a tepee (Finnish tepee).
After the transfer, meet your reindeer herder guide at the resort’s reception and walk together to the reindeer farm nearby. Visit the farm before climbing into the sleigh to start your forest sleigh ride. Sit comfortably and lie back as you travel through the Arctic countryside.
Take photos of the surrounding snow-covered nature and listen to the sounds of the reindeer caravan. After the ride, enjoy hot drinks in a typical kota tepee and learn all about reindeer herding in Lapland. Finally, be taken back to your hotel.

Reminders

  • Know Before You Go: Two persons per reindeer sleigh unless otherwise advised at the farm. Parents with small children, please consider if your child is able to sit in a sleigh for 1 hour in winter conditions. Kindly note, there are no shortcuts from the forest back to the farm

  • Know Before You Go: Meeting time for our safaris is always before the starting time of the safari. You will receive your meeting time and point upon confirmation. Safari starts when the group is clothed and ready to go. Missing the meeting time and point will result in a missed safari that will not be refunded

  • Know Before You Go: Time spent on transfers is not included in the safari duration
