- Seoul City is heavily congested on the weekends, we recommend visiting during the weekdays.
- We recommend a 3-hour tour per day, visiting 2-3 attractions per day.
- Because Gangwon-do is a large province, a surcharge of 50,000 won per 50 kilometers will be charged if the total mileage exceeds 300 kilometers (payable to the driver in cash).

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 20:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

The actual tour vehicle type will be assigned based on vehicle availability at the time of reservation.
Travelers carrying wheelchairs or strollers are requested to inform us in advance. Vehicle packages may need to be changed depending on the amount of luggage.
If you request a schedule change 2 days prior to departure for personal reasons, a fee of 30,000 won per 2 people will be charged on the day of departure.
