1. 100% Chinese-speaking instructors: All instructors are PADI-certified, registered, and insured Chinese speakers, ensuring zero communication barriers.
2. Small-group exquisite instruction: We insist on a small-group ratio of 1:4 or less. You may also choose to upgrade to a 1:1 VIP exclusive instructor service for an additional fee.
3. High-quality professional equipment: Our heavy gear is regularly maintained. We provide complimentary GULL Asian-fit masks and prescription masks from -150 to -700 degrees.

'On-site Add-on Services and Equipment Rental'

• Certified Fun Diving equipment rental: 3,000 JPY / day
• Dive computer rental: 1,000 JPY / day
• Brand new disposable silicone mouthpiece: 300 JPY / piece
• DJI Action 4 sports camera rental: 3,000 JPY / unit
• VR equipment rental: 6,000 JPY / unit
'Flight and Timing Recommendations'
• Single dive: You must allow at least 12 hours after the experience before boarding a flight.
• Multiple dives / certification courses: You must allow at least 18 hours after completion before boarding a flight.
• Certification students are advised to reserve 4-5 days or more in Okinawa to allow for flexible adjustments in case of poor sea conditions.
'Age and Participation Restrictions'
• Snorkeling: Must be between 6 and 59 years old (those 59 and older must provide a health declaration form).
• Introductory diving: Must be between 10 and 59 years old (those 59 and older must provide a health declaration form).
• OW course: Must be at least 10 years old; AOW course: Must be at least 12 years old and hold an OW certification.
• Individuals with respiratory/cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy, those who have undergone middle ear or corneal surgery within the past six months, or those who are pregnant should not participate.
'Small-group Instruction and Group Joining Information'
This product is set for small-group instruction with a ratio of 1:4 or less. If you book as a solo traveler or in a group of fewer than 4, the dive shop will arrange for you to join other travelers. If you prefer a private session without joining others, we recommend adding the '1:1 VIP exclusive instructor service' upgrade.
'Pre-booking Notes & Severe Weather Notification'
1. Severe weather and cancellation notice: In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or storms that prevent us from going to sea, we will notify you of the cancellation by [18:00 the day before departure] at the latest via KKday in-app message / Email / or the communication app (LINE/WeChat/WhatsApp) provided, and process a full refund.
2. Strict flight time restrictions (Very Important):
• You must allow at least 12 hours after a single dive before boarding a flight.
• You must allow at least 18 hours after multiple dives / certification courses before boarding a flight.
• ⚠️ Disclaimer: Travelers must confirm their flight times before placing an order! If you are unable to dive upon arrival due to failure to observe these flight restrictions, the order will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
'Cancellation and Refund Policy'
• Cancellation 7 days (inclusive) or more before departure: Full refund.
• Cancellation 4 to 6 days before departure: 50% handling fee charged.
• Cancellation within 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
• Cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoons or poor sea conditions: Full refund (no proof required).
