In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 20:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

After completing your reservation, please provide two other available dates for your shoot. If the dates you selected are fully booked, we will re-book for you.

If you have a specific styling preference, please prepare reference photos in advance. Styling will be determined after a consultation with a specialist on the day of the shoot, and please note that the style cannot be changed once it is decided.

Hair styling services do not include services such as cutting, coloring, or perming.

All dresses and tuxedos in the studio are prepared based on standard sizes. Please be sure to provide your bust, waist, and hip measurements when making a reservation. Additionally, you can try on 3 to 4 dresses and tuxedos on-site.

Women's shoes in sizes 230mm-245mm are available in the studio, and men's shoes are available for you to bring.

The photo files taken on the same day will be sent via email within 3 to 4 weeks. If you require separate Photoshop editing or album production, you will be charged an additional fee.

This product does not include video recording. If you have any other special requirements, please notify us in advance. Please note that if you notify us on the day of the visit, we cannot provide the service.

If there is a gap during the photo shoot, you may take photos yourself using a mobile phone or camera, but bringing an additional photographer is not permitted.

Photo files will be sent via email within 3-4 weeks after the shoot is completed. However, please note that standard wedding album production takes approximately 6-8 weeks from photo selection to editing. Therefore, if you wish to have a wedding album produced, please consider the production time or make a reservation in advance.

If you need to change the date of the experience within 3 days due to personal reasons, you must pay a fee of 50,000 won per person on the day of the experience.

Please arrive and wait at least 5 minutes before the meeting time. If you are late, you will not be required to wait, and you will not be able to participate in this experience. Please also note that you cannot change the experience date, cancel, or request a refund for this reason.

This product is available for shooting only on weekdays; shooting is not available on weekends and public holidays.

Reservations for Studio B are not available to Japanese nationals.
