Participation restrictions
Children aged elementary school and older can participate.
Depending on the plan, the tour may be canceled if the number of participants is less than 30. We will notify you of the cancellation or cancellation status at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
The sky lantern release experience may be canceled due to weather conditions on the day (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.). In that case, each participant will receive one miniature sky lantern. Please note that no refunds will be given, so we ask for your understanding before applying.

We recommend preparing items such as a folding umbrella or raincoat in case of sudden weather changes.
Some shops in tourist areas do not accept credit cards. It is recommended to carry some cash with you.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 165 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 164 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
