please note it is possible that the Main Control Room may not be available for viewing, depending on internal circumstances only

all participants must be pre-registered with Darmstadt Marketing. For this, at checkout you need to provide the full name and nationality of each person

visitor IDs must be worn visibly at all times

the tour is wheelchair accessible

it is not permitted to leave the group of visitors during the tour

the instructions of the security staff must be followed

the ESOC security service reserves the right to deny access to persons who behave uncooperatively or to expel them from the site

Remember to bring:all participants aged 16 and over must carry a valid identity card

access is only permitted upon presentation of a valid passport or identity card. The identity documents are checked for authenticity and retained for the duration of the stay. Driving licenses, residence permits, health insurance cards, etc. are not accepted as proof of identity

please be dressed and equipped appropriately for the weather, since the guided tour takes place partly outdoors
