Choose your preferred option and duration at the time of booking:


- The AB WelcomeCard covers the transport zones A and B, including the entire city of Berlin
- The ABC WelcomeCard covers the transport zones A, B and C, including Potsdam and Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER)
You can travel with suburban trains (S-Bahn), Metro (U-Bahn), buses, trams, and regional trains (except the special tourist lines).

Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: You'll receive a ticket with a QR code for free transportation. Together with the delivered voucher, this ticket represents your Berlin WelcomeCard.

  • Know in advance:The 48-hour and 72-hour options are valid from the selected start time on the first day (as chosen during booking) until the same time on the second or third day

  • The 4-day, 5-day and 6-day options are valid from the selected date from midnight until midnight of the fourth, fifth or sixth day. You can also choose between travel zone AB and ABC

  • After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your ticket. This ticket also serves as your Berlin WelcomeCard

  • Each adult ticket is valid for up to three children under 15 years old

  • Children aged 0–5 travel free on public transport

  • Discounts on attractions and tours are applied when purchasing the relevant ticket or pass. Discounts for performances are available directly at the ticket counter

  • The Berlin WelcomeCard is non-refundable. Once booked, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted

  • Remember to bring:A printed copy of both the ticket and voucher

  • A valid ID
