- What you can expect -
The National Palace Museum features Chinese palace architectural design with exhibitions rooms from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. The museum's 690,000 artifact collections are mainly from the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Explore the Main Building and Zhishan Garden. Experience overlooking Taipei City from the Observatory on the 89th floor at Taipei 101. Visitors may watch the multimedia show or visit the souvenir shop before riding the super-fast elevators upward.

- Free of charge: Children 17 years of age and under.
Taipei 101 Observatory
- Free of charge: Children five years of age and under.
- Children under 115 cm in height are free of charge

- Exhibition (Main Building)(closed on Mondays): 09:00 am - 17:00 pm
- Zhishan Garden (closed on Mondays): 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
- Five free entrance days for the museum: New Year’s Day (01 January), the Lantern Festival (varies yearly), International Museum Day (18 May), World Tourism Day (27 September) and National Day (10 October).
Taipei 101 Observatory:
- Operating hours: 11:00 am -21:00 pm, daily. Last admission is at 20:15 pm.
