From 1 July to 31 December 2026, Hanoi restricts vehicles with more than 16 seats from entering many streets in the Old Quarter between 6:00–9:00 AM and 4:00–7:30 PM.
Pickup: Depending on your hotel location, we will arrange the nearest convenient pickup point. You may be asked to walk 2–10 minutes from your hotel to the designated pickup location.
If your hotel is OUTSIDE Hanoi Old Quarter, please come to: 162 Tran Quang Khai Street – 8:00 – 8:15 AM (last pickup – please be ready by 8:00 AM).

• From Friday to Sunday, drop-off may be arranged at the nearest accessible point to your hotel due to pedestrian streets and traffic restrictions in the Old Quarter.
• The itinerary, departure time, activities, and transportation arrangements may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, traffic situations, operational requirements, or instructions from local authorities. Any changes will be made to ensure the safety and best possible experience for all guests.
• Children over 10 years old (over 130 cm, meeting both conditions) may join kayaking only when accompanied by a parent, and kayaking is only suitable for adults under 100 kg for safety reasons.
